Kindly guide my mother has been recently diagnosed with RHD-severe MR, mild TR , LVEF 45% dilated LV, LA in echo cardiogram report by a cardiologist. He gave concor, envos and aldactone...My mother is having some gastritis issue...she complains of pain in the abdomen near naval area...She also complains of fast heart rate...What to do at this stage? Shall we proceed for surgery?
My mother has undergone cabg bypass surgery 20 days back and till now having constipation and stomach feels too tight all the time. Sore tongue and Loss of appetite also. What to do now. We have already gone for regular check up after 5 days before where some of the medications have been changed still all of the issues are persistent.

I had been for routine test near cardiologist, wherein ecg and tmt reports were normal. However, in 2D ECHO, there was mentioning of LVH concentric. I am taking temsan 80. Relevant reports are enclosed.
