He has cough and he is having little bit temperature which is continuously fluctuating in if I check once it will show 100.3 degree Celsius and immediately I if I reset it or if I change the thermometer and check it will show 99.5°c should I give paracetamol to him or I should not give it please suggest and why it is happening please tell me?
