Bump in my wrist
I have been going to the gym for the past 2-3 weeks and since 3-4 days I have noticed a bump in the left side of my right wrist. It is a slightly stiff bump and pains when I bend my wrist backwards. Its size reduces the day I rest but increases again after going to gym. It is something I should be worried about?

Hello Doctor, I am a football player and had suffered an injury in my Achilles tendon of both of my legs a few months back. Initially, I took a few days of rest and resumed playing once there was no pain. However, I again got an injury on my right Achilles tendon, and this time the pain was so severe that I was unable to put weight on my right heel. My husband have chest pain because of scooter handle in a small accident.three days ago.now he is taking painkiller and the pain is around 60-70 percent gone. But he has pain in standing from bed or while laying on bed or changing the position while on bed and in laughing loud.he is taking proper meal and has no swelling anywhere. but feeling weakness what should we do.is there any chance of broken bone? .also he is taking cool ice pad sikai.what more can we do for recovery
