My 1 year old son weighs only 7.5 kg. Our doctor has also raised concern about his weight gain. We’ve been advised to increase iron-rich foods in his diet and also start iron syrup.
The biggest challenge is that he simply refuses to eat. The moment he wakes up, he wants milk first,if I don’t feed him, he cries a lot. Because of this, I’m struggling to establish a proper meal routine, and he often refuses solids altogether.
The only positive thing is that he’s very active, playful, and meets his milestones well, but his weight is a constant worry for me.
I’m feeling really stressed and anxious about his eating habits and weight.
Please suggest if there's any underline issue related to it.

Preterm baby at 35 week.
My 18-month-old child had a stomach bug with vomiting 4 days ago, but the vomiting stopped after 1st day. Tonight, they began crying severely, twisting in bed, and trying to sleep upside down. But they do not have a fever.
My 6 year old has started basketball classes after school. It happens from 3 pm to 4 pm (Bangalore). It's not that sunny during this time.
We could see that her skin is getting tanned a little day by day.
Do we have to apply Sunscreen at this age? Or can we leave it as it is?
