Ulcer on toung from last 40 days

She has a ulcer about 2.5 cm from last 45 days. She takes normal medication like orasore, omiprazol etc but not recover. She done biopsy also but report not understood. So need to consult what can I do and explain the attached report.

Zelgor tablet

My father 75yr old diagnosed with prostate cancer.doctor gave harmone injection along with zelgor tablet now father is having little pain while urinate doctor prescribed tablet for that didn't say anything. Can that pain be because of tablet side effects.cancer is in 1st stage which got to know while screening is it pain because of tablet or cancer itself what are the side effect of zelgor tablet

 MULTIPLE FIBROADENOMA

Hi Multiple fibroadenoma in breast.first it is detected in2017. As per dr advised we did sonography on regular basis till 2019. Also scan are evaluated by oncologist in 2019. Dr mentioned it's FIBROADENOMA and do test scan. But during corona we planned for baby and we missed for scan.now we have 2 childern a. The 2 nd child is 10 month old and curentwufe doing breastfeeding. We just did the breast scan again as lump size looks more. The report is attached here as well. Please guide whether we plan to postpone the removal of the big size lump after 6 months as baby is on breastfeeding.
