Chest pain & heaviness

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

"Hello Doctor, I am a 30-year-old male seeking advice on my recent blood reports. Key Issues: Vitamin Deficiency: Significant deficiency in Vitamin B12 and D3. I feel frequent fatigue and low energy. Lipid Profile: My LDL (Bad Cholesterol) and Triglycerides are high and outside the healthy range. Context: I am a teacher and lead a moderately active life, but I am currently dealing with stress and overthinking. Guidance Needed: Please suggest the best supplements/medication for Vitamin B12 and D3. Suggest if I need medicine for Cholesterol or if diet/exercise is enough. What specific foods should I avoid to lower my Triglycerides? I have attached my reports for your review. Thank you."

Fetal heart issue seen in 17th week

I did anotomy scan at 17 weeks everything seems to be completely normal except the heart related findings. Below are the findings. Small pulmonary artery Vsd and overriding arota Is this normal at 17 weeks ? The Doctor who did my ultrasound scanning over stomach  asked me to follow up again after 20 week as it is not clear in 17th week scanning but the gynaecologist who is checking me said to terminate the pregnancy immediately. What should I do please help 😭😭😭😭
