Sympotms: I have sometime BP elevated and gas in stomach which supplement should i take.

AST (SGOT): 36 U/L
ALT (SGPT): 59 U/L
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP): 183 U/L
Direct Bilirubin: 0.37 mg/dL
CRP: 6.63 mg/L
Vitamin D: 12.69 ng/mL (low/deficient)
LDL Cholesterol: 123 mg/dL
Non-HDL Cholesterol: 142.10 mg/dL
Vitamins: all are in range except vitamin D
Vitamin B1 (Thiamin): 2.33 ng/mL
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin): 34.01 ng/mL
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinic Acid): 0.82 ng/mL
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid): 121.48 ng/mL
Vitamin B6 (P5P): 16.15 ng/mL
Vitamin B7 (Biotin): 0.89 ng/mL

My wife is pregnant its about 8 months in last echo we found some impressions like
Chambers look volume overloaded.
Borderline dilated LV.
Overall EF= 46%.
Mild MR/ Mild+ TR.
Mild PAH(PAP =43 mmHg)
IVC normal size & shows normal respiratory variation.
We are planning for c section
Is she safe or there can be some serious situations.
On Friday her bp was 115/84 and pulse 80
Now her bp is 166/107
What to do... We have checked 3 times after every 5 mins... It's still showing high.
What should we do ?
Sir, is it okay to take 30 mg propranolol a day. 10/10/10 mg throughout the day. My bp genreally stays little lower not much without medication. So is it safe to take this much dose in a day? Please replyyy I am having ongoing anxiety
