I have joined a gym recently and have been working out. My weight currently is 92 kgs and my height is 5'11". But all my medical reports are normal. Though working out for a month I don't see much of a chance in my belly fat. The gym instructor has not given any diet but asked me not to eat fried foods & red meat.
