I have pcos problem past 5years...we are trying to conceive...my gyn told reduce some weight...i have thyroid also.. i felt more...how to reduce my weight? And my friend told garcinia cambogia capsules are reduce weight...Is it any side effects? Is it safe or not?
I have joined a gym recently and have been working out. My weight currently is 92 kgs and my height is 5'11". But all my medical reports are normal.
Though working out for a month I don't see much of a chance in my belly fat.
The gym instructor has not given any diet but asked me not to eat fried foods & red meat.
I wanted to know about a regular diet which I should follow.
I can help eating if i saw foods that i like. Especially streetfood and junkfood. I also eat lot of rice thats why i gain a lot of weight than my usual weight before. That's why i want to be physically slim and healthy at the same time i can what i want to.
Just now I founded my Uris acid level is 11.9.
My age is 28, height is 5.8 and weight is 85kg. Current I am going with foxstat 40mg.
I am working in marketing field ,food all from hotels only.

Am 21 years old . I am a smoker . I smoke about 6-7cigarettes in a day and am smoking since i was at the age of 16 . I am trying to stop smoking . Might be my lungs and brain have damaged a lot . Can i gain all the losses i have gone through so that i can get a healthy life with healthy mind and healthy heart . If you can suggest me what to get in diet it would be most helpful
