Hello Doctors, I am 32, unmarried, with varicocele & 10000cfu infection in semen culture. After taking fertility supplements, fish oil, and improving my diet for 3 months, my semen parameters changed: Volume: 3.1 → 3.3 ml
Total sperm count: 99.2 → 115.5 million
Concentration: 32 → 35 million/ml
Total motility: 29% → 49%
Progressive motility: 19% → 35%
Vitality: 75% → 79%
Morphology: 3% → 4%
Liquefaction time: 30 min → 1 hr 15 min
Pus cells: 16–18/HPF in both reports
. Can I conceive naturally in the future? Do I need varicocele treatment or further tests for elevated pus cells and delayed liquefaction? I'm going to marry in next 6 months. please tell weather natural pregnancy is possible or not?
Iam having 47cc bph. Taking Silodal d8 tablet daily 0ne after dinner for past 4 months on doctor advice. My query shall i continue or go for turp surgery. If so which surgery is best. I heard after Turp retro ejaculation problem will be there.
In a day 20-25 times urges for urination and not everytime large amount of urine pass in a day 2000-2400 ml urine but multiple times my weight is 67 kg height 162 cm from past 2&3 years i am facing the problem

Peeing very less amount throughout the day since last 4 days as I was following Navratri fast ( dairy items and fruits allowed ) I observed change in my urine routine it felt very less . I'm not having any symptoms as such but my weight is 170 kgs and I take metoprolol succinate 12.5 mg since last 5 years but my BP is very much normal no high BP detected
