Lower back pain

I have noticed this several times: whenever I take creatine (2 g), my lower back becomes very stiff. The stiffness extends from my buttocks to my lower back, and I have difficulty bending forward. This happens even when I have not done any weight lifting or strenuous exercise. Could creatine be triggering this stiffness? ESR,CRP ,RF ,HLAB27 EVERYTHING IS NORMAL

4 to 5 times loose motion and bloating/ farting.  Loose motion thin with water and gas. Can not control it, have to go toilet immediately. I am facing issue for the long or more than 10 years. I take 6-7 hrs sleep. I am Manager in Bank, age 42. Very less walking, exercise. Takes 5-7 lit water in a day. No alcohol - no smoking. Veg and non veg both mix. Rice, pulses only in dinner daily. Breakfast and lunch at regular time green and leafy vegetables with wheat roti. Chicken/ mutton  twice a week. Eggs 4-5 times in a week. No milk. Tea with milk 3-4 times a day. No BP No sugar. 67 kg weight. 165 hight.

Rifagut 400 and florachamp

Hi, dr has prescribed rifagut 400 and florachamp for loose stools. Please tell me if i need to leave 2 hrs gap between them?? And rifagut 400 prescribed for 3 times a day for 3 days. Whats the ideal gap between doses? And is 3 times really needed?
