I am suffering from stomach heat since 2 weeks. Hence I was prescribed sompraz dsr and acinil o. However post taking sompraz dsr I am having weakness and hand shakiness even after having food. This tablet composite of PPI esomeprazol. Does this can cause low bloody sugar in patient without diabetes. As these symptoms improve post having biscuits as per may observation for last 3 days. Please explain. As google show in rare cases it does lower blood sugar. I had my recent blood test. My HB, vitamin d, thyroid, fasting sugar and average glucose levels, all are normal.

Calcification in liver 3 mm size ,

“I have a history of calcification in the liver noted on imaging. Previous CT scan (2022) showed small calcified foci in the liver, and my recent ultrasound mentioned small  calcifications 3 mm . I would like your opinion regarding the significance, cause, and whether any follow-up is required. Please advise Repost attached.

Feels like vomitting, stomach full

From yesterday night 31.07.2026 I am experiencing upset stomach, all day stomach feeling full, shortness of breath feels like vomitting, no fever, I had diarrhea which got cured self-care light food, I have been drinking boiled cool water from last one month, as precaution As after flood like situation in areas,  many people reported diarrhea, typhoid This sudden problem also seems acute my stool also seems sticky and smell bad
