On 21st, I ate a large amount of sattu and 2 shawarmas at night. The next morning, I developed stomach pain, gas and 6–7 episodes of watery loose stools. Since then, I have been eating bland foods such as khichdi, curd and bread. The diarrhea has improved, but I still have constant mild abdominal pain (around 3/10), pressure, bloating and a feeling of fullness. Belching does not provide much relief. I have no fever, nausea, vomiting, blood in stool or obvious dehydration. For the symptoms, I took 3 doses of O2 (for loose motion), 3 doses of Spas (for stomach pain) and 3 doses of Omee (for gas/acidity) over the past 3 days, but I have not had significant relief. I would like to know the possible cause and whether I need any tests or further treatment.
Unable to pass stool since 3 days in 1st trimester and oral laxative is not helping. Suggest some rectal medication please as my gunaec also is not reachable
Though I don't have constipation, when I pass stool it hurts a bit initially ad few drops of blood i can see dropping and along with stool as well.

Around a week ago, I had a high fever and diarrhea. I was treated with ORS and plenty of fluids. The fever subsided, but I continued to experience a stomachache, slow digestion, foul-smelling gas, and less frequent diarrhea.
My doctor prescribed a course of probiotics, which I completed, but it didn't provide much relief. After that, I took Norfloxacin for three days, which also had little effect.
Currently, I started taking Metrogyl 400. I took a dose last night and felt relief from my stomach cramps this morning. Since I am prone to constipation, I would like to know the exact dosage and duration?
