Digestion issues

At around 5 a.m yesterday, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, which seemed to be due to food poisoning. I vomited once and passed stools 1–2 times, but the abdominal pain still continued. So I went to the hospital emergency department, where they gave me some medicines through injections/IV. The pain improved after that. However, after coming home, I started passing small amounts of loose, watery stools frequently, and I also developed a fever, for which I took PCM (paracetamol). The doctor prescribed Pan-D and Darolac, both twice daily (BD), to take at home. Can I also take Norflox-TZ along with these medicines?

Chronic constipation

When taking cremaffin syrup only passing softly stools or else with any other like freego powder pass stools with pressure only. Tried lintide 72 tablet also, with that watery diarreha happening. Taking fiber food like kiwi, prunes, guava, coconut etc food and 2.5 liter water but still hard stools only. My weight 48 kgs. What can be the solution for me.
