Pembro + Axitinib for mRCC: Dealing with

My mother has advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) with metastases to the bones, lungs, and liver. She started Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) + Axitinib (Inlyta) back in March. The great news is that after just 1 cycle, her immense nerve compression pain stopped completely, so we know the treatment is doing its job. However, ever since her 2nd cycle, she has been experiencing debilitating episodes of immense stomach cramps and severe gas. During these flare-ups, she can barely eat. Our current management: We give her over-the-counter/prescribed gastric medicines. We temporarily stop the Axitinib for a few days during the peak of the cramps. After about 3–4 days of holding the Axitinib, the symptoms subside and she gets better, but then the cycle repeats once she starts back up. Has anyone else dealt with this specific GI issue on this combo? How do you manage the cramping and gas better without constantly di

FATTY LIVER AND RAISED SGPT , TG LEVEL

I have been monitoring my liver health since 2018 when I freshly detected with fatty liver grade 1 and raised SGPT SGPT Triglycerides levels and it was around - SGOT-65, SGPT-98 and triglycerides -250, now it's been more than 8 yrs and I am continue monitoring my liver health every 3 monthly and reports are almost same every time, now my Triglycerides are being raised always around 200-300 constantly, even after so much of exercise it is not coming down, I have bloating issues also, however I never went for any medicine to correct it so far, all I was doing is life style modification including exercise gym running and all. But all this didn't help much. Now I want to try the medicine to save my liver health. Kindly suggest any supplement or tablet to correct this. (I am an occasional drinker, that too beer only) Once in a month type.

Is this weight loss concerning?

Hi, at the month of Feb, I weigh around 65 kg. I started having acidity issue since March start. By April end,my weight came down to 63kgs which I found concerning.By then my stools were soft ( not watery) but could see undigested food. as per doc suggestion did a endoscopy and found 2 mild dueodenal ulcer( duedonites) and also did a test for H pylori which came out positive. So from May 9, I stared with the H pylori treatment for 10 days followed by 15 days of vonograss 20. Through all this time I was eating just home food and no non-veg. My weight was still fluctuationing between 62-63.By June 10,I started feeling better and my appetite improved. I was 64 by last Saturday ( 28th June). But again on Sunday (29th June) , I started feeling bloated ( I ate paya soup and mutton ( home cooked) followed by pav bhaji in the night and next day morning potato stew. Since then my motions were soft ( not watery ). I started ayurveda for gut. I weight is now 61.65 in the morning after stool.
