After eating stomach get bloated like ballon stiff this happen frequently i don't know the reason but because of which discomfort is there any remedies home remedy done like ajwain and all but no effect please suggest what to do if this happen again.

I was previously barred from taking it when I had fatty liver grade 3. Now fatty liver is grade 1 or even less. Can I take one Akrosite tablet for 30 days & repeat after 6 months? Warmest Regards 🙏🏻
Not sure how to explain this weird problem. 2 days ago I had a protein which affected my stomach and after which I went for the poop. After that there's a strange pain in anal and it feels like some swelling is there in that area because whenever I'm sitting it's kind of painful and discomfort. Because of this I'm unable to sit properly and sleep peacefully. It feels like something is sticking. I'm scared if this isn't serious or what best to do. Pls suggest and help.
