I did my colonoscopy it is normal but boipsy it shows microscopic colites .. i am taking budez 6 mg and colaspa retard . Plz tell is this problem is curable or not means when could i stop this medicine

Regarding probiotics
I took vls freeze probiotics and my gut was okay but today I took one normal 50 billion cfu, 20 strains carbamide forte probiotics and my stomach is a little upset? What does it mean? Like gas in stomach, want to visit washroom. Should I hydrate myself more? What's the best probiotics to use to balance gut flora.
Fatty liver
I was feeling pain on my liver side so i went for ultrasound, it showed grade 1-2 fatty liver changes. So i went for fibroscan, it says CAP 174 and KPA 3.3 Doctor who did fibroscan said no fatty liver. Whose report should I consider? I do feel i have gas and mild constipation running because I'm taking ferrous ascorbate supplement for iron. Can this be the cause of pain randomly? Why there is a difference in ultrasound and fibroscan?
