Grade 2 Fatty liver at the 31 age

Hi All, Seeking genuine suggestions from honest and respectful doctors on grade 2 Fatty Liver at the 31 age... I was facing some acidity and acid reflux minimal issues since 2022 when i was working in rotational shifts in MNC, I used to drink cold drinks and were not able to complete my sleep post my 10 pm to 7 am night shift. For 2 years i worked in weekly rotational shifts like morning 7 to 4 pm ... Afternoon 1 to 10 pm and night shift 10pm to 7 am... So had night shift caused this issue? Kindly let me know the ayurvedic or home treatment for reversing grade 2 Fatty liver within 1 month.. do i need to be scared or it's manageable at this age ? As I'm constantly walking and doing home workouts like abs exercise and plank regularly

Nausea,loss of appetit & frequent bowels

Im suffering from frequent bowels along with nausea since several days now and even after taking medicines nothing improved much. Also my weight is affected a bit due to it. Im worried and couldnt sleep well due to it. Please help me get right treatment.

Pembro + Axitinib for mRCC: Dealing with

My mother has advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) with metastases to the bones, lungs, and liver. She started Pembrolizumab (Keytruda) + Axitinib (Inlyta) back in March. The great news is that after just 1 cycle, her immense nerve compression pain stopped completely, so we know the treatment is doing its job. However, ever since her 2nd cycle, she has been experiencing debilitating episodes of immense stomach cramps and severe gas. During these flare-ups, she can barely eat. Our current management: We give her over-the-counter/prescribed gastric medicines. We temporarily stop the Axitinib for a few days during the peak of the cramps. After about 3–4 days of holding the Axitinib, the symptoms subside and she gets better, but then the cycle repeats once she starts back up. Gut issues

20yo: Constipations/diarrhea/mixed stool, dark brown stool with  jelly mucus, mid-belly pain relieved by pooping, stomach/abdomen bloating, abdominal pressure pushes fluid to throat, empty-stomach milk causes diarrhea, 3-4 smoke puffs cause nausea/vomiting/mouth-liquid, brief anal burning during/after stool, back acne, past mouth peeling. Seen blood on my inner wear probably anal fissures Before these symptoms i was suffering from consistent constipation I have OCD also , which worse the gut  health When I smoke at night and wake up on morning , there is more mucus coming out than when i don't smoke

My baby is premature born at 32 weeks and post delivery he is on formula feed aptamil gold and then later due to gut issues his digestive system got suppress due to use of antibiotics and developed motions then doctor told to use soy formula since 3 months we are on soy protein,now he is 6 th month running n we introduced banana puree and carrot puree n little finger tip wheat upma,he got severe mucus blood motions and doctor advised probiotics and zinc and digestive syrup,but I wanted to know why he is facing this issue of allergy reactions n getting frequent motion His weight 6.2 kg
