I earlier had a gall bladder surgery following by liver abscess. Recently I got diagnosed with inflammation in intestines and now I can see brownish semen or maybe blood with pain in chest and acidity . What kind of a doctor should I go to?

I take 6-7 hrs sleep. I am Manager in Bank, age 42. Very less walking, exercise. Takes 5-7 lit water in a day. No alcohol - no smoking. Veg and non veg both mix. Rice, pulses only in dinner daily. Breakfast and lunch at regular time green and leafy vegetables with wheat roti. Chicken/ mutton twice a week. Eggs 4-5 times in a week. No milk. Tea with milk 3-4 times a day. No BP No sugar. 67 kg weight. 165 hight.
