Recently got diagnosed with H Pylori and Chronic Mild Gastritis (endoscopy + D2 biopsy), RUT Test was completely red but after 12 hours.Symptoms - Had lack of appetite and Weight loss over 4-5 years.(~7 kgs). Doctor said I have mild H Pylori Infection but he wont give antibiotics cause I wont be able to handle it, so he gave probiotics. The report says Antibiotics avoided i/v/o mild gastritis and low bmi. I appreciate his diagnosis but I would like to know more.
Had vomiting which stopped and Diarrhea which lasted for 3 days stopped and again started when ate something sweet. Have cough and cold, Had food poisoning few days ago. Should I take flagyl 400 mg?
If so , please suggest dosage?
For last one year having stool soft by nature. Cannot hold it when the pressure comes. No abdominal pain. Itching sensation in the anus sometimes.
For the past two weeks I have bloating or heavy or tight stomach. Even walking makes it difficult. When I touch my stomach have some discomfort.I have this constantly plus eating makes it increase if I do some burps its bit reduced.

I have been suffering from weakness ( not energetic) after passing motion for a very long time almost 3 years. I feel something left after every time. Previously had an acidity issue but now when I had sour or spicy food. I always feel hungry and energy down within 2-3 hours of eating. I feel dragging down feelings in the intestines and stomach. Tested for and No sugar sudden drops, no issue in vit b12(360), Vid 3 (34), thyroid, LFT, stool microbe. Many suggested that I need to eat frequently, still not effective. Recently took eldoper for loose motions, after that motions controlled and felt better and energetic for the next 2-3 days.
So, I suspect absorption is the issue. Is it correct? Please suggest
