Nausea and appetite reduction
I am having nausea regularly but never got a vomit, It also decreases my appetite. Ranidom rd helps in symptoms but after stopping the medicine. I get the nausea again.

Hello. I would like to consult you regarding an upset stomach. Last night, I had a veg-loaded pizza and a coconut shake. A few hours later, I experienced severe stomach pain followed by a bowel movement. I am still feeling a slight pain in my stomach now. I took one Sporolac tablet last night. Some problem is there
I have been bleeding through my stool for almost a month now...most of the time I experience constipation, my diet is mostly good but I don't hydrate as often. . There are also lump kind of around my anal area and the part also itches sometimes, it's probably haemorrhoids but I have been taking sitcom forte tablet as prescribed by my physician but the moment I stop taking it the bleeding starts the next day.
