At around 5 a.m yesterday, I suddenly developed severe abdominal pain, which seemed to be due to food poisoning. I vomited once and passed stools 1–2 times, but the abdominal pain still continued. So I went to the hospital emergency department, where they gave me some medicines through injections/IV. The pain improved after that.
However, after coming home, I started passing small amounts of loose, watery stools frequently, and I also developed a fever, for which I took PCM (paracetamol).
The doctor prescribed Pan-D and Darolac, both twice daily (BD), to take at home. Can I also take Norflox-TZ along with these medicines?
I had constipation from 10 years pass motion daily but hard stools. Recently 2 months back piles and fissure laser surgery also happened.
When taking cremaffin syrup only passing softly stools or else with any other like freego powder pass stools with pressure only.
Tried lintide 72 tablet also, with that watery diarreha happening.
Taking fiber food like kiwi, prunes, guava, coconut etc food and 2.5 liter water but still hard stools only.
My weight 48 kgs. What can be the solution for me.
I have been having diarrhea for quite a long time ...when I take medicine it gets over for sometime & then it again starts... please help me with the medicine

We went or outside from house for roaming
After that we reached at home we all are fully healthy.
After that we prepared cook and eat all was going well but next morning we started suffering from losse motion , we didn't take medicine that think to after one day if not feeling well then we would start medicine,
But problem persist
So we started take medicine to consult to doctor
Offlacon + ornidazole
Vizilac , uninyme.
But not any relief , rather before we take only one medicine which control by that.
And yet I am suffering from lose motion with meidcine .
So kindly suggest.
From last 1 week I have a feeling of nausea more during the food time,after eating or drinking water there is sudden increase in my abdominal fat.
There is no vomiting only feeling of vomiting is there.
Have taken Bandy Plus 12 tablet,Ranidom tablet plus unienzyme for 3 days.
Due to this there is sudden decrease in my food intake.
Also have performed blood test for LFT -SGPT =30 SGOT= 24
