Current symptoms Stomach discomfort / gastritis symptoms. Intermittent pain in the side, back, and hip area. Right-sided throat irritation, especially when GERD/acidity increases. Bitter taste on the right side of the tongue for about 1 month. Occasional yellow-colored stools. Sometimes foamy urine. Occasional increased urinary frequency in the morning. No fever, no jaundice, no vomiting, and appetite is normal. Previous findings Ultrasound (years ago) showed: Mild gastric wall thickening. Mild gallbladder wall thickening. No gallstones currently (as you mentioned recently). Recent test results CBC: Normal. ESR: Normal. Liver function tests: Within normal range.
