I have been monitoring my liver health since 2018 when I freshly detected with fatty liver grade 1 and raised SGPT SGPT Triglycerides levels and it was around - SGOT-65, SGPT-98 and triglycerides -250, now it's been more than 8 yrs and I am continue monitoring my liver health every 3 monthly and reports are almost same every time, now my Triglycerides are being raised always around 200-300 constantly, even after so much of exercise it is not coming down, I have bloating issues also, however I never went for any medicine to correct it so far, all I was doing is life style modification including exercise gym running and all. But all this didn't help much. Now I want to try the medicine to save my liver health. Kindly suggest any supplement or tablet to correct this. (I am an occasional drinker, that too beer only) Once in a month type.

I have been constantly(past 2 weeks) having this issue of gas,and acidity where my left stomach hurts after eating food or even drinking water. The pain disturbed even my sleep.
Is there any sort of medication that could be suggested??

20yo: Constipations/diarrhea/mixed stool, dark brown stool with jelly mucus, mid-belly pain relieved by pooping, stomach/abdomen bloating, abdominal pressure pushes fluid to throat, empty-stomach milk causes diarrhea, 3-4 smoke puffs cause nausea/vomiting/mouth-liquid, brief anal burning during/after stool, back acne, past mouth peeling.
Seen blood on my inner wear probably anal fissures
Before these symptoms i was suffering from consistent constipation
I have OCD also , which worse the gut health
When I smoke at night and wake up on morning , there is more mucus coming out than when i don't smoke
Hello Doctor. I have been having on and off fresh blood while passing stool since August 2025. Sometimes everything is fine for a few weeks, but then the first part of the stool becomes a little hard or firm and I notice fresh blood and some irritation. I take care of my diet and hydration, but the problem keeps coming back. Could this be an anal fissure? What would you suggest?
I am a 34-year-old female suffering from chronic constipation with incomplete bowel emptying, bloating, and gas for the past 8 years since pregnancy. I have bowel movements daily, but I never feel completely emptied. Over the last year, my weight increased from 58 kg to 63 kg despite trying diet changes, home remedies, and Siddha treatment. I also spent a significant amount on treatments and abdominal and pelvic scans, which were normal.
My recent blood tests showed HbA1c 5.8%, TSH 5.7 with normal T3 and T4, and low iron levels. Liver, kidney, cholesterol, and blood counts are normal. I cannot tolerate high-protein diets as they worsen my bloating and gas.
Could my long-standing constipation be contributing to my difficulty losing weight? I would like to lose around 8 kg and would appreciate guidance on managing chronic constipation and achieving healthy weight loss.
