I’ve been having a sharp pain around the navel area that sometimes goes upward into the upper abdomen, along with diarrhoea for the past few days. The pain comes in waves and feels quite uncomfortable. Please suggest

Hello Doctor,
Since the last few days I have been having constipation, tight stomach, gas/bloating and incomplete bowel movement. Along with this, my teeth feel sensitive/sour — similar to the feeling after eating lemon. I am wondering if this could be related to acidity or reflux.
No severe stomach pain or vomiting currently. I take Thyroid 100 mcg daily in the morning on empty stomach.
Please advise what could be causing this.

Does Akrosite tablet that includes L‑Glutathione, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Astaxanthin, Grape Seed Extract, Vitamin A, Methylcobalamin, along with multivitamins and multi minerals for eye health, Harmful for Liver? I was previously barred from taking it when I had fatty liver grade 3. Now fatty liver is grade 1 or even less. Can I take one Akrosite tablet for 30 days & repeat after 6 months?
