My son who is 7 years old is frequently saying that stomach is paining. Pain area is exactly at belly button. But he is taking food normally. Last month he has severe stomach infection vomiting so we took USG abdomen scan which I have attached here.
What may be the reason for his frequent stomach ache.
Recently my friend ran a liver function test and the bilirubin values are a little higher than the specified range( 1.49, 0.39 and 1.10). Also the SGOT (38) and SGPT (52) are slightly higher than the mentioned levels. GGT reads 101. BUN is at 8. Should this be addressed? He travels a lot and eats on irregular timings, is this of a concern ?
