Loose motion, Bloating, Heavy breathing

2months ago, I developed acute diarrhoea symptoms ,was taking too much caffeine, diet soda . Initially, I experienced frequent loose stools, significant bloating, excessive gas, abdominal heaviness, and a white-coated tongue. During the course of the illness, I also developed chest heaviness, a sensation of rapid/heavy breathing. Every test was normal. I was treated by gastroenterologist with rifamaxin 550 and vsl 3 and vonograss 20. The white tongue resolved completely, diarrhea improved substantially but again happening since 3 days. Somedays i feel incomplete evacuation with occasional soft stools rather than watery diarrhea. My main ongoing symptoms are persistent abdominal bloating with marked tight abdominal distension, heaviness/fullness throughout the day, breathing discomfort that appears to correlate with abdominal bloating and loose motion once in while. Currently i am on low fodmap diet. Stool report, ultrasound and full body checkup all are fine.

Severe bloating and gas even after meds

Took Pan-d daily, but bloating persists even after completing antibiotics 3 days ago and eating only light. No fever, vomiting or loose motions in the past 2 weeks. Blood test: WBC 14,800, lymphocytes 56%, ALC 8,288, Typhi O 1:160, direct bilirubin 0.59 — all elevated Kindly suggest
