Current symptoms Stomach discomfort / gastritis symptoms. Intermittent pain in the side, back, and hip area. Right-sided throat irritation, especially when GERD/acidity increases. Bitter taste on the right side of the tongue for about 1 month. Occasional yellow-colored stools. Sometimes foamy urine. Occasional increased urinary frequency in the morning. No fever, no jaundice, no vomiting, and appetite is normal. Previous findings Ultrasound (years ago) showed: Mild gastric wall thickening. Mild gallbladder wall thickening. No gallstones currently (as you mentioned recently). Recent test results CBC: Normal. ESR: Normal. Liver function tests: Within normal range. Questions to ask the doctor Could my bitter tongue taste be related to GERD, acid reflux, oral issues, or something else? Is the right-sided throat irritation due to reflux? Are the yellow stools related to gastritis, diet, bile flow, or another cause? Does the mild gallbladder wall thickening need any follow-up? What could be

I am having nausea regularly but never got a vomit, It also decreases my appetite. Ranidom rd helps in symptoms but after stopping the medicine. I get the nausea again.
