Lower abdominal pain radiating to legs

I had undergone kshar sutra & fissure tissue removal surgery 4 months ago. Now doc told that in the wound area there's a dot like thing more like beginning of fistula. Which is causing incomplete evacuation. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. My body has become weak & lost lot of weight coz of those painful procedures. I really can't undergo another surgery for same. I have other probs & surgeries too.I have no bleeding or discharge. No much pain too. Is there any alternative way. Please suggest any non surgical cure 😭🙏

No fever, no jaundice, no vomiting, and appetite is normal. Previous findings Ultrasound (years ago) showed: Mild gastric wall thickening. Mild gallbladder wall thickening. No gallstones currently (as you mentioned recently). Recent test results CBC: Normal. ESR: Normal. Liver function tests: Within normal range. Questions to ask the doctor Could my bitter tongue taste be related to GERD, acid reflux, oral issues, or something else? Is the right-sided throat irritation due to reflux?
