Persistent Stomach pain

I have stomach pain from past 15 years. Working in IT support,night Job 4-1 pm, Have reduced triggering food like bakery,milk products.Whenever I eat outside my stomach pain starts in right region and near belly, sometimes loose motions and some times constipation,also have diagnosed with H pylori and got treated. Acidity also a concern along with medication like rifixim and mevebervin helps me. Have spams hence don't do exercise. Also have sedentary lifestyles. Also sleep in the afternoon for 20-30 min. Please suggest me need a permanent solution.please advise do I need to do colonoscopy or any medication that will help me.

Gastritis for a few months.

Hello, I have had gastritis symptoms for a few months that are under some control with ppi meds like Pantocid, fexoclue, vonalong and digene. But gastroenterologist has suggested an expensive endoscopy.  Is there any other cheaper way to diagnose for suspected pathogens that may be causing this issue?
