Hello Doctor, I have had a fever and frequent bowel movements for the last 5 days. Stool: Frequent urge to go, but the stool is not watery (it is normal/semi-formed) Fever: Persistent; returns after Dolo 650 wears off. Medicines taken: Dolo 650 and Loperamide (neither has resolved the problem). Please advise on the right treatment
Actually from last 2 days facing stomach ache severely . Also not able to eat anythin, first day didn't have anything then at night vomitted 3-4 times and had fever for 4-5 hours then next day , tried to have some fruits and ORS 2 Litres all again vomitted . Could not sleep properly, somehow the pain is bit less had some medicines still facing that issue struggling to eat something, last night had a loose motion and still heaviness is there though had nothing much . Please help it out . Same like this but in severe condition faced 3-4 weeks ago but that time had 4-5 infection prevention meds with saline and some medicines by doctor it was fine . Do let me know the steps to be followed now
I am unable to pass the stool as soon as I wake up since a month. I take tea and biscuits, then I am able to pass it, but with mild straining. Still I don't feel fully relieved. I have been taking 500mg of calcium since 2 months. Water intake is also around 4-5 glasses. My daily meal contains, tea and 2 biscuits in the morning, then a simple breakfast, 2 chappatis with vegetables in lunch, and then a bowl of dal at night. I feel, my diet's less. What to do, I am in tension!!
