I was diagnosed with patchy chronic active ileitis in 2023. Gone through ATT for 6 month before final report. though since then not following any treatment after ATT. I am almost ok, dont feel issues related to that. But, since few months i am facing pain or inflammation kind of issue on both calves and warm/burning kind sensation in feet. Is it related to my history? and i am not sure which kind of doctor can help in this? Gastroenterologist or Neurologist? one thing more, kind of irrelevant question- am i not eligible for any health insurance due to patchy chronic active ileitis ? i got denied multiple times.
Sometimes paining below rib , don't feel hungry since more than 6 months and feeling acidity since last week
Hey guys! So I felt a kind of nervousness around my chest middle portion, around 11 pm in the night and then by morning I was still feeling nervousness. The nervousness was there and I was feeling slight heaviness in my chest, even in stomack and also kinda in my left hand (that made me rethink more about it). Now it's August and till now I have experienced this 3 times, I feel sudden nervousness that then leads to feel heaviness and overthinking. Today I was havin gol gappas in the night and I felt a lil smthn in my left side of chest so little bit so u started walking and felt okay. Before this even I felt slight chest pain in right as well. I overthink a lot and last time I was struggling kinda to breathe even. What it could be? Also whoever I eat anything junk I go straight to the washroom, even now I am Goin to the washroom like more time than I usually do. What's it? Please tell me?.
And I am 21 years old and I feel what it could be.
I have developed a painful swollen lump near the anal opening. The pain is present while passing stool and I also experience pain even while passing gas. Sitting for long periods makes the discomfort more noticeable. I noticed the swelling recently and it is tender to touch. I have attached a photo of the affected area for reference. I would like to know what could be causing this pain and swelling, whether it requires an in-person examination, and what tests or treatment may be needed. I have started increasing my water intake and eating fiber-rich foods to keep my stools soft. I have not attempted any treatment other than maintaining hygiene. Please advise on the seriousness of this problem and whether I should consult a general surgeon or another specialist.
As soon as I drink water or eat something I'm getting burps immediately, getting stools daily but feels like incomplete evacuation and since 2-3 days my bp is around 95/65.

Hb is 11.5
Rbc 3.69
Calcium 7.81
ESR 26
Rest cbc, lft, kft, thyroid profile, lipid profile were fine.
I took iron and b12 tablets for 20-25 days but there is no increment.
I tested for celiac disease too but it's negative. What's causing this burp and low bp? Is it the gut issues or heart issue?
