I am facing long time of stomach burn like 2 ,3 years is i eat a lot after small sleep facing stomach burn ,or if i eat spice i am aslo facing stomach burn and too much spice or food i am getting more gas on stomach and burn

Hello my wife some problem in stomach from last five days 1 First she consult with a Gynaecologist or ladu doctor than she says it will be hernia but and said after ultrasound i can tell,so I done her ultrasound from ultrasound center and they said all other ok but a small urachal cyst in stomach and 2 From last three days,she has stomach pain a lot and yesterday night she has vomiting 4 times and feel dizziness and now she feel cold but no fever and nothing 3 so I take her to general physician and he gives her drip of DNS and metronidazole iv and after that she feel relax from pain and vomit but dizziness still there and she has loose motions also So I want to how time it takes DNS and metronidazole iv to take ,so she can relax and but her pain of stomach come again,so I want to know any medicine for stomach pain and I consult with many doctors,they said it managed by medicine, because it small in size and , i want to know pain' medicine

I am a 34-year-old female suffering from chronic constipation with incomplete bowel emptying, bloating, and gas for the past 8 years since pregnancy. I have bowel movements daily, but I never feel completely emptied. Over the last year, my weight increased from 58 kg to 63 kg despite trying diet changes, home remedies, and Siddha treatment. I also spent a significant amount on treatments and abdominal and pelvic scans, which were normal. My recent blood tests showed HbA1c 5.8%, TSH 5.7 with normal T3 and T4, and low iron levels. Liver, kidney, cholesterol, and blood counts are normal. I cannot tolerate high-protein diets as they worsen my bloating and gas. Could my long-standing constipation be contributing to my difficulty losing weight? I would like to lose around 8 kg and would appreciate guidance on managing chronic constipation and achieving healthy weight loss.

My sgot is 60 and sgpt is 72 from liver function test,rest other enzymes are normal in lft.my ultra scans are normal and tests are normal like lipid profile,kft,triglycerides,thyroid profile,cbc... Hepatis b ,anti hcv,serum immunoglobin,ana,ama all are normal and negative.... Sir ,can i take fish and chicken,if yes,how much fish or chicken can be taken in a week?and how should we cook them?
Constant bloating nd slow bowel movement
I have my stomach bloated almost all the time. Whether I eat or not eat, even if I drink water I get bloated or if I am hungry. Tried many diets (keto, low fodmap etc. by reading on the internet) but nothing seems to be helping it. My bowel movements are also not smooth in 1-2 go....I take almost 30min to completely feel satisfied. I lead a very active lifestyle (regular strength workouts and long distance running) and eat clean homemade food most of the time. These symptoms are for more than 3 years now. After some reading about my symptoms, I think I am having a SIBO. I need some time expert opinion here as to if SIBO is a possibility and if yes what's the typical treatment protocol.
