I have problem of excessive burping for last 2 years and I am patient of health anxiety. I consult gastroenterologist in practo he advised me to take cyra d and ulgel A 3 times. After 2 days I feel relaxed. Actually I lived alone. I eat food only 2 times so I take cyra d 12 bja and lunch 1 pm and 9 pm. And take 2 times ulgel A. It gives me 60% relief after that I skip medicine for 5 days because I attend student protest. After that excess burping and vomiting feeling. I took medicine only 6 days and then 5 days break.. you are doctors please advise me. I start medicine again for 14 days because in Google or chatgpt says it is harmful to take more than 14 days..I am so much confused. No one give me correct answer and doses.. patient of health anxiety my mind think it is dangerous to take more and create panic situation. Please help doctor 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Struggling with severe constipation for the past one month.having 2.5ltrs fluid cremaffin 15ml both in night and early morning.The stool became very hard and got stuck in the Anus and forced to do have enema . Within 2 weeks 4 enemas was given. Last week underwent a spine surgery. Before the surgery I was given enema . And during hospitalisation cremafin was given and dulcoflex Anus wax given to pass out stools on Saturday. I was discharged and advised bed rest for another 2weeks. No bowl movement on Sunday and Monday even though continuing with Cremaffin . But no use even after Dulcoflex appostree and forced to have enema yesterday again. Daily I am taking isab.husk also

I was feeling pain on my liver side so i went for ultrasound, it showed grade 1-2 fatty liver changes. So i went for fibroscan, it says CAP 174 and KPA 3.3
Doctor who did fibroscan said no fatty liver.
Whose report should I consider?
I do feel i have gas and mild constipation running because I'm taking ferrous ascorbate supplement for iron. Can this be the cause of pain randomly?
Why there is a difference in ultrasound and fibroscan?
On 20th June I ate Chowmein from outside shop, on 21st Morning I got fever and potty was water like, I took paracetamol 650 for fever and fever went away with that, but the water like potty continued. I took Metrogyl 400 but nothing worked. Total I took 3 tablet of Metrogyl 400 at intervals of 8hrs but it didnt help. There was stomach pain continuous and I was going to potty and water used to come out. I visited doctor on 23rd Evening, he prescribed me the following medicines - Vertidom Tab (3 time/day), Zanocin OZ (2time/day), Zimigut550 (2time/day), Redotil(2 instantly he said to take, after that 3time/day. On 23rd, after taking the medicine i went to potty 2 times at night and it was all water, on 24th also i went to potty 2 times entire day and it was water, on today (25) i went potty 2 times till now and it was water. Why is the water potty not reducing. Number of times i used to go potty before medicine was much more. Medicine helped but still its water like. Med to be contd 5day
For the past month, whenever I eat outside food, I get a mild urge to have a bowel movement almost immediately after eating. Once I pass stool, everything returns to normal. I don't have significant stomach pain. This doesn't happen when I eat homemade food, but it occurs after eating spicy or oily foods outside. What could be the reason?
