Tests: - Colonoscopy: Multiple superficial terminal ileal ulcers with inflammation up to 15 cm. - Biopsy: Chronic inactive ileitis. - CRP: Normal. - Fecal calprotectin: Normal. - Endoscopy: Mild antral gastritis. - Abdominal ultrasound: Normal. - Weight increased by 5 kg.
