I did anotomy scan at 17 weeks everything seems to be completely normal except the heart related findings. Below are the findings. Small pulmonary artery Vsd and overriding arota Is this normal at 17 weeks ? The Doctor who did my ultrasound scanning over stomach asked me to follow up again after 20 week as it is not clear in 17th week scanning but the gynaecologist who is checking me said to terminate the pregnancy immediately. I have a query regarding medication for pulse.Iam 44 year old male taking bp medicines since almost 10 months.It started with telmisartan 40 mg then transitioned to 25 mg till it got changed again a week ago.Iam taking Rivelol 40/50 for bp and one medicine Betaloc 25 has been prescribed sos in case there are palpitations and higher pulse.Now my query is Iam checking my bp almost every other day the bp reading is normal but the pulse hovers around 90/91/92.Is this concerning.Also is it required to take Betaloc 25 in case the pulse is around 90/91/92 or should it only be taken if it crosses 100? Pls advise
