Usage of walker

My female baby is 11 months old, is able to sit without support and stand with support. Is it appropriate to buy her a walker to help her walk or should she walk on her own..some people told me that walker puts strain on back, especially spinal cord..what if she falls while trying to walk ..wont she fall down and hurt herself if she tries walking on her own..

Foot sore with fever

My son 6yrs old complains that his feet is aching and he gets fever along with it. We've consulted local physician and he was just given paracetamol to cure the fever. Im concerned about his feet coz we've never had that in the family before.

Baby Growth concern

Please help.. my baby is almost 7 and half months.. does not eat anything.. nor rice nor vegetable puree.. nor cerelac.. nor any powder milk formula.. but feeds little breastmilk.. that too in very less quantity.. keeps on crying a lot.. what is the right way of giving food at this stage??? Am I too early to start all the above said??? Baby looks very tired, weak and thin.. has lost weight.. Other neighbour kids of the same age are very healthy and little chubby.. I feel real concern on her stopping intake of food.. to be mentioned her skin colour have turned very pale as well... are there any mothers who have gone through all this??? If yes what solution you tried to sort it out... Please help, I will be really greatful !!!

Congestion of mucus in chest

Dear Doc this is my 4 year old special child. She is suffering all this time till now from mucus. As she is a special child she cannot expectorate the mucus. Whaterever we give her to eat she throws it out mostly in vomit. She is getting weaker day by day. Pls advice what should I give her to relieve her from this problem. One more thing to add here is that she can't chew we feed her with spoon. Pls advice doctor.

My kid did no pee for 8 hrs
