I am a 25-year-old male with jaw pain near the ear for the past few weeks. The pain occurs only while chewing food or opening my mouth wide; there is no pain at rest. Dental examination and OPG X-ray are normal. I have been taking Zerodol-P and Zerodol-TH8, but the pain has not fully resolved. I want to know the possible cause of this pain and which specialist I should consult for further management.
Did pta impedence by doctor -91 pressure in my left ear as compared to right -28, rest things are normal, earlier when i focus on something(changes with distraction) i feel kind of blood flow in my ear also sometimes pulse but it worsened after i drive bike one day long distance, one doctor wrote tinitus other cervical spondylitis(due to past injury and stiffness) took enzoflam+omnixo 5 days/(10prescribed) slight relief(don't know whether from silence or medication), is it infection/et stiffness dysfunction/hyperacusis or what. Can hear normal voice but my own voice stings to my left ear

Hello doctor,
Currently I'm suffering from swollen ear, only one ear where under the ear area there's a swollen pea like stuff. It happened yesterday.
Yesterday morning there wasn't anything but as evening continued it continued to swell more and stinging pain has also started recently.
I took ibuprofen 400mg yesterday.
Today I got a solution to put into the ear but I feel no improvement.
It's hurts.
Any help..kindly help me out?
I have a frequent cough majorly in the morning for about 1 month. There is very little mucus, and I often feel a sensation of something stuck at the back of my throat, but I’m unable to clear it out. The cough does not persist during the day.
