Hello Doctor, I have had a fever, frequent bowel movements, and excess gas/bloating for the last 5 days. Stool: Frequent urge to go, but not watery (semi-formed/regular consistency). Gas: Experiencing significant gas/bloating alongside the frequent urges. Fever: Persistent; returns after Dolo 650 wears off.
