Hey doc, i have ocd so i did frequent intentional coughs. And got bleeding like in august,December 2025 once. Then in january and march 2026 once. Whenever I do not cough I don't get any blood. During feb 27- march 5 2026, i had a cold and cough. At that time I didn't get any blood. Is it normal to get a little streak whenever we cough hard and intentionally many times? I also have a history of smoking from 2019-2022= 3 a day 2024 aug-2026 march= 9 a day. So I was worried that maybe my smoking had caused CA.
My 15 year old son has adenoid hyperthropy with enlarged tonsil of right side, acute pharyngitis and rhinosinustis, mouth breathing with obstructive sleep apnea level 2..he has cold and cough symptoms mainly in rainy season and recurrent infection and antibiotic course.In winter and summer he is okay, less to no infection..Is it due to adenoids or tonsils or allergies .Currently SLIT immunotherapy has been started.. Is this therapy enough or what other treatment can help him..

I have stopped alcohol since mid-2025, but I am still unable to quit smoking. Currently, I continue to notice the lumps along with throat irritation, which is causing me significant anxiety. I am worried whether this condition is serious or could develop into cancer, and it is affecting my concentration at work. I would like your guidance on whether this is due to chronic irritation or something serious, if there is any risk of cancer. Have u treated similar cases and I need elaborate answers only.
