Poor working memory
Sir, I often forget what I am about to say during conversations and sometimes cannot recall simple words, such as “speaker,” and may say the wrong word instead, like “music box.” I often struggle to find the right words and say things like .While reading, I frequently forget the beginning of a short sentence before reaching the end. When watching videos, I often lose track of what was said and have to rewind repeatedly. I also frequently forget where I placed things within a few minutes. These difficulties occur regularly and affect my daily life and studies. My report Hb 14.4, HbA1c 5.3%, cholesterol/LDL/TG 130/71/90, LFT, B12 396, TSH 2.35, MRI Brain — normal. 🟡 Vitamin D3 23.8 — mildly low. I don't have any kind of depression
Neck pain and stiffness
I am suffering from chronic neck problems ( pain and stiffness) from 2 years (off and on ) Now i am feeling vibrations in my left arm for about 2-3 seconds then it stops Also facing pain in left temple and back of lower head. I am MS patient since last 15 years am going fine otherwise iam a working professional but sometimes I feel problem in walking then I have to walk by dragging my feet after walking a few kms I get tired very soon n I have major stability and strength issue. I easily walk of flat surface but cannot climb stairs without holding railing please suggest me any relevant medicine not steroids which will help me with strength and will improve my walking stability
