Sir,i have been suffering from head tightness for the last 30 years. It seems that the brain is stuck with gum and there is no flexibility inside the head. Moreover, when i touch my lower teeth with my tongue the teeth feel like numbness just like when the tea burn the tongue.that type of feeling i experience when i touch my teeth with tongue.But when i touch my upper teeth with tongue there the feeling is normal. Sometime the tightness is so severe that it becomes unbearable.Thirty year back i have gone through CT scan brain.but report is normal.i have taken lots of medicine but result is fruitless.please help
I woke up with my left arm and left leg being heavier than my right for atleast 5 mins at 3am in the morning. Its been 5 days since. I could move my limbs but they were extremely stone heavy than right. No tingling or numbness just heavy. I was horrified. I have had a Brain MRI 3 years ago due to anxiety symptoms. It was normal back then. I have had strange symptoms like palm sized pressure in the left side top of my head which happened atleast 7 times last year and then completely stopped. The last pressure episode happened at nov 2025 when I woke up in the morning and suddenly had palm size pressure in the same area with my left index finger and left thumb tingling. It never happened since. However 5 days I had my left leg and arm feeling like it was being pulled stronger by gravity when I woke up randomly at 3am. I am only 22. I have been taking bisoprolol 2.5mg for 3 years due to severe anxiety. That medicine keeps my bp at 104/73, HR at 73 on rest. So far, it's always after sleep.
Sudden loss of eye vision on 1st April 2026. After that treatment goes with neurologist for 3 months . They checked his nerves blocked due to stroke. Several test like CT Angio Head & neck done. MRI Done. But after 3 months of medication. Eye vision still not recover. Kindly suggest any angiography treatment required for the same. Or what to do next, so that eye vision return back.

For more than 1 year I have been suffering from back and left leg pain and numbness in my leg, I went to a spine surgeon and took an MRI and came to know that I have mild to moderate disc bulge along with nerve compression and prescribed a pain killer, muscle relaxant and supplements for a month. Earlier the pain was more like intense tiredness like pain now the pain which I am having for the last 2 days is like shooting pain going from my buttock to my calf , I don't know if my symptoms are improving or not, I am still getting pain and numbness and I am worried that why the pain and numbness is not going. 15 days are left in my medicine to finish the course. Please help, thank you
