Power vs contact lens
I have two questions- 1.Is Bosch n Lomb ultra toric lens good brand? 2. My cylindrical power in left eye is -1.0 and the contact lens cylindrical power -0.75. Is it ok? Exact power is not available

I have been diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver in October. Last Month my CAP was 316 increased from 304 in Oct & KPA is 6.9 decreased from 10.4 in Oct. I have lost 18 Kg since then. Last month I had a blood test done. Kidney Stone too. My B12 levels are 176 and Vitamin D levels are 17. I am taking Bilypsa, Thiotres and Vitreon Tablet once a day. I have floaters for a long time. For the past one month I have been seeing afterimages & ghosting images. Sometimes the prolonged one is for LED and Car Light. I have got my retina checked twice in the past 15 days & it is fine. Today I visited a Neuro-Opthamologist & he thinks Vit B12 & Vit D can be the reason. He prescribed MethylCobalamin 1500 mcg once a day for 20 days (Nuroday I am going for), D3 Shots once a week for 12 weeks & Becasule Z for Multivitamin once a day. Is it safe to take them with mentioned above. Also, the doctor got an OCT GCC done he found one minor week sector in left eye. can someone tell is there anything to worry?
I have a lazy left eye and have power in both eyes. I have floaters too in both eyes. There are many web like, tail like, bubble and dot like. For 20 days I have been seeing afterimages of objects like grills, clock, text and images on phone, laptop and tv. Sometimes in Sky I see sparkle glitters like jugnus too many. Sometimes persistent afterimages for the bulb for 3-4 mins if I close my eyes it becomes multiple. Today I noticed a little bit of a light sensitivity also. I got a dilated retina exam at Shroff eye centre 3 days ago and my retina is fine. The doctor is saying the afterimage phenomenon is normal. This did not exist 20 days ago How is it normal? I worked in IT, I am using refreshed tears eye drops. Also, I start to feel tiredness, little pain and burning sensation in my eyes
I have dry eyes syndrome and my screen time each day is 11 to 12 hours including phone and laptop as i am a student and i have to watch long lectures . I have been prescribed two eyes drops by a doc in my locality - 1st is haloeye pg and 2nd is lotemox- pf , i have been told to use both the eyedrops simultaneously in a gap of 5 minutes 4 times a day for two weeks , earlier i have used advance lube eye drop for around two months there was no such problem but two days back after using the drop i found some irritation and itching in my tear gland and im not sure it was due to the drop or my dry eyes , i searched on google and found out that lotemox pf eye drop is for bacterial infection, redness and inflammation but i have non of these , should i use both of the drops prescribed together? I also get light sensitivity and sometimes i have to shrink my eyes to see some small text or bright thing and i already wear power spects , i also have restricted eyeball rotation inmy left eye by birth
I want to know the name of the medicine name in the priscription below . please share me the names so that i can get it
