(F,47) I fractured my left femur 10 months ago. doctors have done plate fixation with bone grafting because nail was not going inside my bone due to osteoporosis(as doctor said). Now after 10 months doctor said that it is non union. So I consult two more doctors. One doctor said they have to do remove the plate and re operate with nail or plate fixation and bone grafting and One doctor said that there is less chance of bone joining even after refixation. Dr I am scheduled for tongue ulcer surgery and biopsy on Monday. Two days ago, I took a triamcinolone injection and started linezolid for knee(OA)treatment suggested by dr. He asked me to eat linezolid until surgery. My CRP is moderately raised. (Reports attached) Is it safe to proceed with surgery,what should I do?
