Resperidone side effect

The doctor added Risperidone 0.5 with nexito 30mg .After taking it, my speech began to slurred. When I spoke to the doctor, they explained that this was a side effect and discontinued the medication. How long will it take for my speech to return to normal? It has been 10 days since I stopped the medicine. There has been some improvement, but I am worried about whether my speech will fully recover. Please help

I am seeking guidance my mental health

Hello Doctor, . I have severe anxiety with frequent panic attacks. I also have significant mood swings and several other symptoms that make me concerned about bipolar disorder, not just mood swings alone. I have never been formally diagnosed, but I would like to be properly evaluated for bipolar disorder or any other psychiatric condition. I have also experienced obsessive thoughts/behaviors and have had suicidal thoughts in the past. Whenever I cry intensely, become very anxious, or get angry, I sometimes become unconscious for about 3-5 minutes. During these episodes I can hear everything happening around me but cannot open my eyes or move my body. I breathe normally. I also have persistent diplopia (double vision). I underwent eye surgery, but it did not improve. My ophthalmologist told me the cause is likely neurological rather than an eye problem. Recently, I accidentally overdosed on 200 mg amitriptyline.
