Weight Gain
My height is 5'5" (165 cm) and my weight is around 53–54 kg. A dietitian suggested gradually reaching around 60 kg and eating something nourishing every 2–3 hours instead of having two heavy meals. What does Ayurveda recommend for healthy weight gain in my case? Is frequent eating every 2–3 hours appropriate, or should I wait until the previous meal is digested? Could you please suggest the appropriate meal frequency, foods, and lifestyle for healthy weight gain? All my life I have been underweight like this. I am vegetarian. I take two heavy meals a day and a light breakfast. Work from home job - sedentary lifestyle.
Pelvic floor surgery chronic tension
My muscles & spinchter aren't relaxing. & causing incomplete evacuation & cramps. I've undergone almost 4 anal surgeries. I follow every advise by doc. Still there's pain. I've been taking laxatives daily for 2 years. Cremaffin plus causes diarrhea daily. All night it causes stomach cramps & I end up not sleeping well. I recently realized, I had the habit of half squatting while peeing. Like bending a little & standing. Since 7 years I have never sat down to pee. To avoid UTI. Could that have caused muscle disorientation & tension leading to chronic pain? If yes, will it not become like before? please guide how to relax again like it used to be 7 years ago. Please🙏 😭 I've been hopelessly undergoing surgeries. Again doc has told surgery. I might die if I keep undergoing surgeries so often. I have other surgeries to undergo for other issues too. It got delayed as I've been undergoing this surgery repeatedly. lost too much weight & weakness coz of pain & surgeries.

Pregnancy with kidney stones
My wife zainab malik last period date is 5th March 2026 She is having pain in back We went for sonography after prescribed by doctor It's 4.9 mm kidney stones Please check the report and confirm should we go with kidney stones treatment or should we wait for delivery only no need for any another treatment Pain is still there nearby back My wife drinks 9 glass of water She is around 6 month pregnant. Is there any precautions she need to take like avoid spinach, tomato , milk items etc?
