I had a partial circumcision in April as I had phimosis. But now after partial circumcision I am able to pull skin in flaccid state by applying some pressure and Lox belly but it doesn't go back easily when in erect state. I feel pain when it's erect as the incision site is hard and puts pressure on glans. It feels some kind of unwanted pressure on the penis and the skin doesn't go back easily and I am afraid to apply pressure.
1. Please let me know if using some ointment would do good.
2. Will the incision site putting pressure on glans can affect my urinary flow because it really becomes painful to pull back.

I am having erection issues. Doctor prescribed Tadalafil 5mg for one month. Erections improved but started getting worse after a week of stopping Tadalfil.
