Hii doctor.. i was detected with gestational diabetes from 6th month of my pregnancy & delivered a baby girl vaginally without any complications. But when i did my sugar test post meal after 2 & half months one day it showed 130 again today its showing 190. Iam bit worried abt it & i had a lot of sweet ladoos after my delivery..so plz suggest what can be done now.. should i start medications..?? Will it be for life long.?? Plz reply

Since he fell unconscious they said it's because of low sugar he had 100 he fell unconscious (On that day he had only fruits and salads as his breakfast that was too very late 11am he didn't have lunch) im very much worried please guide me is it safe to continue or stop
