Nose block for 2 weeks
Hello Doctor, I am 14 weeks pregnant. For the past 1 week I have had severe blocked nose (both nostrils), thick white mucus, mucus dripping into throat, frequent coughing, especially at night. The cough becomes severe and triggers vomiting of mucus, food, and water. I used Otrivin nasal spray for about 1 week. Daytime breathing is sometimes okay, but nights are worse and I wake with dry mouth from mouth breathing. No fever or facial pain. Please advise safe treatment during pregnancy .
Placenta gap is 3cm
I am 35 weeks pregnant, and my recent scan shows that the distance between the placenta and the internal os is 3 cm. In this situation, is normal delivery possible, or would a C-section be safer?
Should I try 2nd IVF after Miscarriage
I’m 37. In my first IVF, 31 eggs were retrieved but quality was poor; I got two day-5 blastocysts (5AB, 5BB). We did ICSI but did not do any PGT testing.Two FET worked initially (HCG 111) but ended in an early miscarriage at 4w5d—my first conception.My husband sperm quality is really good. I tried IUI twice but it failed. Should I try naturally, do another IVF(will egg quality issue be poor again), or consider donor eggs? Please Help

M having breast pain in both breast from few days it's 15 days now after my period got over n suddenly m getting pain in breast sometimes feel like even pain in underarm.. burning sensation also sometimes after i goggle the symptoms it shows many dangerous disease n m not sure m i having anxiety or sometimes feel like it's paining more when m home doing nothing but when m outside at town or somewhere else it's totally ok.. please suggest me some medicine cz i don't ve that fininvial condition now to go to doctor or do any test...will be really greatful ..thank you
