No sense of taste
I am from Mumbai. I have drastically lost sense of taste in last 6 months. I was suffering from Sinus, and both ear discharge since childhood. Since 2012 I developed allergy rhinitis and right ear discharge. I had covid in Jan 2021. I had thyroid. Now because of loss of sense of taste I dont eat food. My weight has come down from 62 kg in Aug 2025 to 49/50 kg as on date. Please advise

As per my last treatment at Practo, I was diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Tract infection and prescribed Levoff, Bilastine and Viscodyne for 5 days. Now my cough got all sorted but after a few days it came back probably due to a cold drink I had, should I again take these medicines. It's been 3 days I am coughing. If no, what should I do?
