I have multiple lipomas on my arms and other parts of my body. So far, I have had 5 lipomas removed at a government hospital through conventional surgery, but the procedures left visible scars on my skin. I've attached photos for reference.
Recently, I spoke with someone who had lipomas removed using a technique involving a very small incision, through which the fatty lumps were squeezed out. They also shared a photo of the treated area with me, and there were absolutely no visible scars or marks in the photo. Honestly, I couldn't even tell where the lipomas had been removed.
I'm looking for a doctor in Bhubaneswar, Odisha( other recommendations are welcome) , who performs this type of minimally invasive lipoma removal, or a similar technique that can achieve excellent cosmetic results with little to no visible scarring.
I am having pcod and gallbladder stone 8-10. Size 1.9 cm don't know for all or for 1 or 2.
Is the surgery required or can I manage with out that.
What would be the future complications if I won't opt for surgery..
The report sounds scary, plz help us understand if it includes 3 serious issues? Does it mean there are 3 issues at the same time- stones, cyst and something wrong with cervix also?
Hi dr,my kid is of 9 years old had surgical circumcision it's been 4 months there are small bumps like sturctures seen near to his private part ridge these bumps are not increasing in size but when the cloth touching to them my child having little pain also these bumps are not looking good

I have been diagnosed with a pilonidal sinus, and a general surgeon has examined me and recommended surgery.
I also have red, itchy skin around the anal opening and the surrounding area. The itching is still present. I had previously used Castor MF occasionally, but I haven't been applying it recently, and the itching has continued.
There is no bleeding or pain during bowel movements.
Since I am going to have surgery for the pilonidal sinus, I would like to know: Could the redness and itching be a fungal infection or simple skin irritation? Is it safe to use a simple antifungal cream such as clotrimazole around the anal area, or should I use something else?
Should I discuss this specifically with my surgeon before the surgery?
