Ocd anxiety medicine side effect

I am patient of ocd anxiety from last 12 years I will take psychiatric medicine for 5 years from 2019 to 2024 many many side effect come my liver become fatty again and again for 4 times then i also take fatty liver medicine for 4 years My sgpt is 530 and sgot is 400 then i quit the psychiatric medicine in 2024 now my liver is normal from 2 years because i quit psychiatric medicine but now OCD and anxiety symptoms come back again with worse symptoms please tell me in Ayurveda is any remedy of ocd and anxiety and also my liver stay normal

I also have high cholesterol and sgpt and sgot slightly high every time. I also take depression medicine. I take Thyronorm 50 for hypothyroidism and Olmet 20 for BP. Please prescribe me the right medicine to boost my testosterone level and cure other problems
