Took ayurveda treatment for 18 days for knee pain. But after that still facing knee pain and additionally unable to sit for long with knees at 90 degrees and cannot walk for more than 20 to 30 min. Feel like the ayurveda treatment made my condition worse than before the treatment.
Any suggestions?
After receiving 5 b12 injections last year,I suffered from severe side effects like headaches, constipation, knee pain etc. in which total inability to sleep at night(couldn't sleep at all or could only sleep for 1-2 hrs sometimes)and passing large volumes of urine at night were the most severe ones. After 7 months, all of the side effects went away and I was also able to sleep at night but the above mentioned urine issue kept on happening on every 3rd or 4th night despite stopping all types of fluids after 6 P.M,which fully disturbed my sleep.I took chandraprabha vati but it caused me urinary retention.I have already been taking melatonin 3mg and it helped me at first but now,it is not working anymore. Now,I can't sleep at night at all, pass large urine volumes at night and have also completely lost my strong memory(I used to remember all the names, faces, dates, meanings from years ago etc.).Please help me.Thank you.

I have seen many reels about the benefits of Swarnaprashan drops and I am interested in starting this for my child. Since it's a part of Ayurveda, I wanted to consult a professional first. Could you please explain if it is clinically safe and how it helps with immunity or brain development?
Having visham agni with mridu kosht.
Pls advise an appropriate diet plan with medicine to permanently correct this issue.
