Felt pain during icl procedure

Everywhere I read and from the posts and experiences I came to know that icl is painless procedure only little bit discomfortable. But fo me it was a horrible painful experience my eyes my jaw are hurting. I can feel pain an unbearable pain. Every time I was thinking when it will all stop. I already had two kids. I can tell you I know what bearable and unbearable pain is. I shouted a moment at a doctor that it's hurting. Why? Why it happened to me during surgery? After surgery no pain.

Droopy eye or what

I had attached this image for the clarity of what's going on , earlier when I went to an eye doctor he hold me that I do not have ptosis and my eyes looks normal, even when I look in mirrors my and take selfies my eyes looks to be normal but when I change the camera from front to back the eyes becomes like this also not in just one picture but in lot of pics from lot of phones this thing happens. Can anyone explain me what is this and for what should I diagnose now
