Please tell.me I don't want to.go.for rct ...I will.be.more than happy if i avoid it ..in this regard please be brutally honest...I only have pain while tight chewing and when cold.water touch it...no pain otherwise... And please tell me if there is filling how long will.it last and if there is rct how long will it last...

Hello Doctor, I have an impacted wisdom tooth that has been advised for surgical removal. I also think I may have cavities in some of my other teeth. I would like to get a complete dental check-up. Can you please: - Examine all of my teeth for cavities and gum problems? - Advise if I need a full mouth examination and an OPG (full mouth X-ray)? - Let me know which teeth need fillings, root canal treatment, or any other treatment? - Can the wisdom tooth surgery and complete dental evaluation be planned together? I had done Root canal 10 years ago. All was good. Last few months pimple type bump come out on the Gum. Few days it stays and then blood comes out and it goes away. No pain no issue. I checked with Dentist who did RCT. She did x ray. It came good. So she said to do this CTscan. Please can anyone guide me what to do? Dentist said to remove all 3 tooths.
