Hi Last month on routine checkup of urine acr the result comes 60 mg/dl My egfr was 88 and creatinine is 1 , Liver function test and lipid profile was normal, urine re was normal. Hb1ac was 5.9 and fasting was 110 and pp was 141 I am taking jalra m 50/850 , Shelcal M, OXCQ 200 AND THYRONOM 50mcg Today I tested my sugar is 97 and pp is 115 and urine acr is 5mg/dl Shall I test again after 2 month or wait to go to my doc afterwards or now .
My age is 40 . In may month my hb1ac was 6, fructisamine was normal ( thru lab test). After that once I did pp sugar at home it was 132. At that time I was at my native home . Fasting came 104 and pp sugar was 124 when i eat 2 paneer parantha with curd . Even I started eating low glycemic index rice . My pp with rice will be 154. I have started walking after dinner everday . I have stopped tea except in morning and too with less sugar . My father 75 is also diabetic . When i am eating liitle rice and roti also pp is high . I am working full time 8to 5 6 days a week . What can I do to reverse this condition . When can I have again hb1ac test. Since working i cant follow too much diet schedule . I think if i will again do blood test in august month - hb1ac will be more. Is frequent urination common in prediabtes

My fasting glucose was 70 mg/dL, but HbA1c was 5.7%. After 3–4 months of intermittent fasting/OMAD, HbA1c was still 5.8%. I was on mirtazapine 60 mg. My CBC showed Hb 14.9, RBC 5.89 million, MCV 76.4, MCH 25.3, RDW 16. Iron studies: serum iron 93 µg/dL, TIBC 305 µg/dL, transferrin saturation 30.5%, ferritin 88 ng/mL. Could this HbA1c be falsely elevated due to possible thalassemia trait or other RBC factors, or does this suggest true prediabetes despite a fasting glucose of 70?
I was getting throat infections often, so I went and saw an ENT specialist. He immediately asked me to do a CT scan for sinus - PNS CT scan. He gave medicines too. The next day I went to the scan center, there were many warning signs. Even the nurse said it has radiation. Even ChatGPT said CT scan has radiation and shouldn't be done unnecessarily. I should have said, I will think about it and come tomorrow. But I paid the money then they asked to sign a paper that they are not responsible for any side effects. Then the report came back and the doctor said no sinus problem. But I feel extremely anxious about the side effects. I read so many articles online and they said even one CT scan can increase the cancer risk in future especially in women who are younger. I am around 25 years old, female. I asked the doctor and he gave me an anti-depressant but I am still not convinced. I am still feeling extremely lost. I feel like I spoiled my future. Please someone help me from this mental pain
