Health Q&A

Respected Sir, I have been suffering from gallstones problem for the past one year, I have been taking homoeopathy treatment for the past 9 months but I found no improvement, when I got tested for the first time the stone size was 6.5 mm (multiple stones, big stone size was 6.5) but after 3 months it reduced to 6 mm, after 4 months now it is 1 cm (3 stones are 1 cm and 1 stone is 6.5 mm). I recently watched your interview on ABN news channel. Please suggest me, if is it curable with homeopathy treatment, I came to know that there is no treatment for gallstones problem in allopathy, the only solution is removing gallbladder but I am not interested to go for a surgery (laparoscopy surgery). Waiting for your kind reply.

Decrease in mensural flow

I have been into intense strength training for about 2 years now. I train for 5 days a week with a healthy moderate calorie protein focused diet . My periods have always been regular, sometimes early and last for 4-5 days with average flow. Lately my mensural flow has reduced to 3 days and scanty( requires one sanitary pad a day). Could exercise be the cause ? Are my estrogen levels reduced due to weight training ? Please advice.

Gastric issue

Hello doctor! I'm having gastric problem for past few months. Usually will be having lunch by 12:30 pm to 1pm and after that dinner by 9.30 pm. I'm getting acidity, heartburn, also gastric hiccups by evening time sometimes continued until having dinner. Sometimes acidity reflux also happens. Once I have consulted doctor and he prescribed me "Nexpro L" everyday morning before breakfast. While having that I was free from acidity especially heartburn. Now when I discontinued it again the problem started. Can you pls advice me what is the issue is and should I have to continue that medicine? Sometimes I also take reflux forte syrup which give me temporary relief from heartburn and acidity. Pls advice doctor.
