Have pain in lower back from quite some time, now it has worsened, pains while i walk, cough, sneeze, bend, pick something. Pain radiating to legs and feeling weak. No numbness in inner thigh, groin and bowel movement. Just pain in lower back, around tail bone and side delts. I want to fix it at the earliest and need a solution

I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well.
