I have upper body back pain since 4 month ago...pain is too much when am waking at morning and than pain is less with respect to time...bt now a days pain is too much..pain is more when am bending position like on bike riding and studying ...what kind of home. I am having back pain since a couple of months but i was diagnosed with hyperlordosis a few years back. I go to the gym, lift heavy weights, i am a certified trainer and there is nothing wrong with the form and technique.
Can the anterior pelvic tilt be reversed ?
If yes what are the exercises and stretches ?

I am having prehypertension.While measuring bp for myself,i heard first Korotkoff sound T 130,and after three tap sounds there is no sound till 110,again i could heR the tapping soynds till 70 continious. Since i was not able to hear taping sound after three sounds,aGain i inflated and deflated.this time i heard the first tspping sound at 120.
Should i consider my bp as 130/70 or it is different?|

I am suffering from back ache since 3 months. At times it is a pinching pain rising below my shoulder bone till hip and thighs. Very hard to walk and get up at times.
