I regret that you are not happy with my treatment even after my best effort to bring down your shoulder pain. But I would like to make clear following points to you. (Other readers of the above review please go through my below response for your clarification). Point 1. I agree that some time there may be too many patients at a time. This happens because few patients do not come at their scheduled time and come at their convenience against the scheduled appointment time. Some patients come as walk-in without taking appointment. This results in many people waiting in the clinic. In such instances I cannot deny the treating them but I will see to it that their problems are addressed properly. Point 2. Many patients consult me every day and it is really difficult to remember all patients. But I maintain a record of the patients who visits me with their diagnosis and treatment plan so that I can refer it when needed and I can continue my treatment program accordingly. You mention here that I need to give more time for single patient. I give a proper attention to each patient I treat and time period for all the patients vary according to requirement of the treatment program. It does not mean that particular patient is ignored if I do not give me more time to them during the session. As you have mentioned yourself that you did not take the treatment regularly, any treatment will be fruitful when it is taken regularly. Irregularity in the treatment will not yield expected result. I would like to confirm that my treatment fees are at par with most of the physiotherapist in the city. I treat the patients as per my knowledge and experience. I assess the treatment too during treatment program whether it is helping patient or not. If needed I will refer them to the concerned health care professional.
