Hers bp as well as eye checkup is ok , hb is normal, bp also normal , ct scan reports also normal, still she is experiencing 24hrs dizziness and headache migraine too. What's the reason ,no cold too, taking proper meals also

I have been experiencing difficulty concentrating and focusing on things. I often forget recent things and sometimes even forget important tasks or directions. I also have a lot of negative thoughts and tend to think negatively about myself and my life. These problems have been getting worse recently and are affecting my daily life.
I have negative thoughts of throwing something or hitting someone from last two years i did not done anything wrong in this period but thought continuosly comes i my vit d is 21.4 and vit 12 is 183 both are in insufficient zone i don't have any depression symptoms like susideal thought or no any physical symptoms also i am friendly also i am work life is so hectic what is this please guide
My mom has SCA (Spinocerebellar Ataxia). She sometimes doesn't realise that she needs to get fresh or has pressure to get fresh and dirty the clothes in that case. Hi All, I have been experiencing a very strange kind of pain on the upper left side of my head, just above the ear. It started about 4 days ago. The pain was quite intense during the first two days, and since then it has changed into a radiating, throbbing, or “zap-like” pain that comes and goes. Two days ago, I woke up around 5:00 AM because of neck pain along with pain in that area of my head. However, I was able to go back to sleep later without any issues. Unfortunately, I searched Google and read that headaches that wake you up from sleep can be a sign of a brain tumor, which has made me extremely anxious. This morning, I also experienced some dizziness, although I’m not sure whether it was due to stress and fear or something else. The throbbing/zap-like pain continues to come and go.
