I discussed this issue with a urologist he prescribed me pregeb forte tablet. But i checked on internet it is given as neuro medicine . Can you tell me should i take it or not ?

Hello dr, I am type 1 diabetic from long time. From quite some time whenever I sleep at night I suddenly feel whole body like shaking or nerves are tingling and I wake up with some peculiar feeling like whole body has dizziness. I have been experiencing persistent balance issues since 2024, along with stiffness and pressure in my neck and head. I had also experienced speech difficulties in 2022. Although MRIs of my head and neck have been normal, the symptoms have continued and are now causing severe memory and cognitive difficulties that affect my quality of life. I wanted to know whether a CT angiogram and CT venography of head and neck could help identify any issues that may not have appeared on MRI scans. I would also like to know if a doctor here could prescribe these tests if possible. Thank you!
