Teeth calculus not removed even after scaling. Continuous roughness is felt in tounge which makes uncomfortable feeling. I think calculus has reached upto gum level. Please tell the solution to remove the calculus.

Actually, I really didn't had any option to go out and look for information so I searched online and landed up here.! Actually, I am already a student who dreams to be in med-world but that's a long way ahead. I thought of some dental devices or something to help on with surgery or reduce muscle strain for your exhausting working hours.I also thought of hand tremors for surgery efficiency.
