Am 32 years old, and I have recently tested positive for pregnancy. This is my third pregnancy, and my previous two deliveries were normal.
Regarding my health history: In December 2025, my HbA1c was 7.0. Through strict diet and exercise, I successfully brought it down to 5.6 and reduced my weight from 66 kg to 58 kg by March 2026.
Since I am now pregnant(5 week LMP 26 feb), I have a few specific concerns:
Is it safe for me to continue my current weight-management diet during this pregnancy, or should I make any adjustments for the baby's growth?
Since I achieved diabetes remission (bringing HbA1c from 7.0 to 5.6) before conceiving, is there a high risk of my sugar levels rising again during pregnancy?
What precautions or monitoring should I follow to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Pls advice
Got detected with sch in starting march. Brown blood patch was there. Got bedrest, and on 18th march, it was healed completely as seen in scan.
Still used to get these stains of watery discharge mixed with blood.
Today again, got a patch of brown blood.

My age is 35, and recently did a scan which was measuring 6 weeks pregnancy with cardiac activity after two weeks scan is showing again 6 weeks with no cardiac activity with fetal pole and yolk sac but I'm not bleeding still nausea and also exclusively breastfeeding my 1.5 year old.plz tell me whats wrong that suddenly it stops growth?
Had unprotected intercourse on March 16 for a few minutes, but ejaculation did not occur inside the vagina. Within about 8 hours, I took an emergency contraceptive pill (Unwanted 72).
My last menstrual period started on March 3, and my cycle is usually regular (around 30 days). According to my ovulation tracker, ovulation was expected around March 19–21.
On March 30, around 1 PM, I started experiencing abdominal pain, and then I noticed that my period had started. I had bleeding twice during the day, then again around 11 PM the same night. The next day, I had slight bleeding again around 8 AM.
After that, there was no bright red bleeding. I only had a small amount of brown discharge once, and then everything stopped.
The bleeding was not continuous and was lighter than my usual periods.
I am concerned about:
Whether this bleeding is normal after taking an emergency pill
Whether this could be implantation bleeding
Whether pregnancy is still possible in my case
& the next periods dates
This is the first time My periods are delayed by 8 days and i am experiencing severe cramps but there is no bleeding. I have also taken the pregnancy test which was negative. I am not able to sleep properly.
