I'm suffering from tail bone pain from last april. In the beginning it was not that painful which made me to neglect it but as the days are passing its getting harder for me to handle this pain when I sit on the hard surface or even on the chair I started taking support of my both hands to stand as it started paining a lot and now it finally reached to the stage where it pains even when I touch that place
My daughter start complaining knee pain at night from last fifteen days so we go to our pediatric doctor he suggests some test

Vitamin d 10.5
Otherwise she is fine walk normally no pain after pressing
So he suggests vitamin d pouch once daily for 10 days
Is this is very serious problem
And when she can attain normal vitamin d in her body with suggested treatment
I wish to know weather there are any long term side effects to bodybuilding.
Weight training for about an hour at the gym, 6 days a week.
I do take Whey protien as a supplement and try to keep my protien intake maintained with 4 whole eggs daily and white meat twice a week.
Injuries aside, are there any other problems which I am likely to face as I age (45+)?
For instance, muscle and joint pain, heart problems or any other type of cardiac issues.
What will be the case when I continue my routine as it is now in future and when I stop training after some years or so?
Hand fingers getting pulled inside...Had a check up with the doctor but not convinced. Kindly suggest
My 13 yr old son is experiencing pain in the bridge of his left foot for 3 days now. He has done hot water fomentation and applied pain relieving balm but nothing helped. He feels better after waking up in the morning but as soon as he is active the pain returns. Please advice. Thank you.
