Hello doctor, I got burning sensation on perineum running from anus to genital when I get erection and also some kind of swelling happens right there under it when erection happens. Also legs get tight and I had that burning sensation, no problem urinating. Little scratch around one side my anus at first for months now it turned into a small pimple thing Also I get little spark type feeling on my genital. I still can't identify I am healthy how I got this. It's been 4-5 months facing this.
Have recurrent uti dr says chronic prostatis hence wbc elevated and no fever at all only weakness and mild urethra burning or severe burning some time while sitting idle not while.urinating ... prostate infection can lead to high WBC??? Basctol and which other medicine best for prostate infection

Last 1years se I had something on my penis glans kinda red painless patch it's keep coming n going ,and my urethral opening get swell after ejaculation (masturbation or sex )it's get normal after 30mints or 1hr no pain nothing just swelling ,had consulted 1-2 doctores but not satisfied please help
I am having a tight foreskin i am able to pull it down and up but I will have to use my two hands to stretch and pull it up basically it's not free moving upwards and downwards I will have to stretch and force a little to bring it down. What is the solution for this ?
