Health Q&A
Breathing problem

My child is 3 years and 1 month old. When he is sleeping, his breathing rate is usually between 18 and 20 breaths per minute every time I did check up , and his breathing appears normal and comfortable during sleep. After he wakes up, when he is awake and calm, I checked his breathing rate and it is usually between 25 and 29 breaths per minute, again all time  I did check up Is this breathing rate normal for a healthy 3-year-old child? Why slow during sleeping .. should he need any evaluation

Hearing concern for 6 months old

My baby is 6 months old. From the past few weeks I have noticed mustard yellow/orange ear wax coming out of her ear, and yesterday I saw a small amount of black wax. She has also been pulling her ears frequently, but she is teething, so I’m unsure if it’s related. Over the past 7–8 days, she has stopped consistently responding to her name, although she still reacts to some sounds and ignores others. This sudden change worries me. Her motor milestones are progressing well—she has started sitting independently since past 15-16 days (still slightly wobbly), gets on all fours, goes into a plank position, tries to crawl, and rolls both ways (tummy to back started recently). Could ear wax cause reduced hearing or inconsistent responses or is it normal for babies this age to seem less responsive while focusing on motor milestones. Should I be concerned about a hearing problem and consult a pediatric ENT?

Loose motion

Hello doctor, my kid is 6.5 year old and he has  2 time vomit three days back . After taking medicine he was ok but two days back he started severe loose motion. Now also he has loose motion but frequency has decreased. He has ingestion too. He is peeing a lot and don't have fever. I am giving taxom o and econorm as per doctor but I am worried about loose motion. The colour of motion is normal now but it's on looser side. Don't know what to give him to eat also.
