I (32M, height 5'8"/173cm, weight 74kg) experience chronic gastric and acidity issues alongside persistent flatulence (gas passes easily via farting multiple times daily).
Key details:
No abdominal pain or visible bloating.
Stomach gurgling sounds mostly.
Active lifestyle: Walk regularly throughout the day. No stress; work-life balanced.
Strongly familial/genetic: Nearly all extended family members have similar gastric/gas problems.
Duration: More noticeable over the last 1-2 years (ongoing longer).
Diet: Normal Indian home-cooked food; avoid much spicy; lactose intolerant so hardly consume milk.
Tried Pantoprazole, Only slight reduction in acidity; no major improvement.
Consulted many doctors; all tests normal. No other symptoms like diarrhea/constipation or weight changes.
