How long does the rabies vaccine provide protection? I’ve taken around 13–15 doses over the past year because of my fear. Two days ago, I was feeding roti to a cow, and I’m not sure whether it licked my fingers or not. I’m worried that I might need another vaccine. I also had a very small, cumin-seed-sized cut on one of my fingers,also i have completed my doses 10 days ago

Vitamin d deficiency

Hi, My Vitamin D level was 28 (insufficient), doctor prescribed 60,000 IU weekly for 8 weeks. After taking 3 doses, I noticed my heart rate goes above 100 bpm for 2-3 days after each dose. Should I stop this and switch to a lower daily dose instead? Please advise. Thanks
