We would like to consult you regarding this critical case. The patient (65-year-old male) is currently admitted at Max Hospital, Dehradun, and is on tracheostomy support following severe pneumonia with sepsis.
Despite ongoing treatment, there has been no significant improvement. The reports also indicate a multidrug-resistant infection (Acinetobacter), and the patient is still dependent on suction and NG feeding due to swallowing difficulty.

A unvaccinated puppy licked my private part by accident while i was sleeping. After few days i got constipation and few days after Dysuria (mild). Im worried. 10 days ago , my TSH was 5 ( 0-4) T3 T4 normal
Today TSH came 9.6 , from last 8 years , my tsh value always comes slightly high above the upper limit , last year I did anti tpo ( AMA) was quite normal 0.3
