After travelling in a car fo almost a day 12 days back, I have started pain radiating in my side neck which is intense at
certain movement.The spot is mostly change though I have changed to left side of neck from right neck side or even backneck in between.It givrs little relief if I sleep at night with hard pillow.The pain is so intense that many time a yawn or sneeze can't be completed when I feel like.I am experiencing this since last 12 days now, with occasional relief sometimes.
Please help if possible!
I have started working out at gym from past one month. From a week, I am having knee pain which I could feel only when I raid bike or while sleeping or when I sit on my knees. Wanted to know how can I reduce my pain?
I am suffering from pain behind my neck portion.
Sometimes its mild and sometimes bit heavier.
It's been a week.
I didn't take any painkiller.
It happend first time in my life.
I also do workout but it started after 2 days od my leave from workout.
Kindly suggest some ointment or painkillers.
I have tried volini but wasn't so effective.
I have even stopped using pillow while sleeping.
I have been exercising regularly.However whenever I play football I get a groin pull each time.Should I visit and consult a physio or try home exercise.
I'm getting shoulder pain while I sit for an hour without leaning in chair,also while I drive my bike for an hour. In my school and college days while writing exam I got the pain. After I got into work in my office the pain was not there and that time I use to travel in train. Now for the past 2 months I used my two wheeler for going to my office . And the pain getting heavier than before.plz suggest me.im not using any medicine and not took any treatment before and now.
