Varicocele issue
Hey i had varicocele grade 1 in 2021 and since the i had no such pains or nothing. But later i found i dont have any morning wood and the erection also got effect and it is not strong like it used to be. I can see the difference in size and girth. I can see the difference in semen quantity and colour. I have visited the urologist yesterday and he done physical examination and he didn't found any varicocele and shape changes in testis and it was symmetrical. He asked to take testosterone test and asked me to see him again after 15 days. He gave me this tablet for 15 days named Revel 100 mg Capsule - Mucuna pruriens extract. I worried right now and i didnt got the correct answer. Should i consult once more. Please provide me with a correct solution. Should i do the surgery or embolisation to better again. This keeps stressing me out.
