I'm having excessive flatulence when I have veg foods like plantain, legumes, fruits, potato etc. When I have non veg foods I don't have much gas. Doctor prescribed pantosec and mucaine gel but still am having flatulence issues. 1. Unienzyme tablet reduced gas, is it safe to have it long term? 2. What's the reason for excessive flatulence?
