After giving calpol of 1 ml 2 times 6 hourly once. Baby having a rectal temperature of 99.5F. Should I continue the medicine or should I stop? In case of continuing the medicine until when??

Grey coloured stool.
My daughter is 2 months old..past two times she's having grey coloured motion. present she's using A-Z Multivitamin drops, kid rich vitamin D3, Domstal baby drops since 2 days( prescribed by doctor for spitting up of milk). She's is active and cries only for milk. She's on breast milk and Lactogen pro. Is this just NORMAL???
