Eye infection

Hello, I am having an eye infection since last few days. I didn't tell you because it was improving. It worsened over last 2 days. Most likely bacterial. Improves with rose water or hing water. Can you suggest me anything?

Swelling near left eye

I have swelling neaet eh left side of my left eye, I hav eno idea how it happened I just work up from sleep and I could sense some swell up in left eye which hurt when I press it. As of now I don't see any pimple or puss kind of thing, can some one advise me how to cure.

Loss of vision

My mother aged 76 years had cataract surgery from a govt hospital on 19th February 2026. Unfortunately she has lost her complete vision after surgery and despite best efforts by doctor nothing could be done. I plead to expert doctors to guide if anything could be done now to restore her vision. Thank you for your help.

I ahve been diagnosed with allergic conjunctivitis in 1 eye and the doctor prescribed me alcaft eye drop but didn't told me whether to use it only on affected eye or both eye? Should I use it only in affected eye or both eyes?? Please can anyone from medical field help me?
