My periods started at age 14 and became irregular around age 15. At age 16, I was told that I had ovarian cysts and was prescribed medicines to regulate my periods. I was also given another large pink-colored tablet, but I don’t remember its name. After taking the medicines, I experienced sudden weight gain. I later consulted another doctor who said the previous medicine dosage may not have been appropriate. PCOD/PCOS was never confirmed. My periods are still very irregular—sometimes I don’t get them for around 3 months and sometimes up to 9 months. I want to know the possible cause and what tests or evaluation I need.

Had unprotected intercourse on May 24 and took i-pill within 10 hours. I had no spotting or bleeding afterward. My periods usually come between the 6th and 10th of each month. On June 6, I had a period which is a bit heavy than the usual flow for 4–5 days and stopped. Could this have been spotting or was it a regular period? My next period came on July 7 and lasted 4–5 days with my usual flow. I have had no intercourse since May 24. Today is August 11, and my period hasn't come yet. Could I still be pregnant, or is this delay likely due to the pill? When can I expect my period?
Is it normal in second and in third trimester to have up to 15000 WBC count ? ... ... . . . . .. . . .
I wanted to ask about my girlfriend's delayed period. Her last period started on June 28, and we expected her next period around July 28, but she still hasn't gotten it. We were intimate between July 2 and July 6, but there was no vaginal intercourse or penetration. We only had oral sex and fingering, and there was no ejaculation. She also took a home pregnancy test, which was negative.
Given this situation, is pregnancy a concern, or could the delayed period be due to other reasons? Should we wait a little longer for her period, or would you recommend that she consult a gynecologist or get any tests done?
