My mom is suffering from the survicle problem she has aa pain neck ,head,ear she was eating medicine but donot know which type of exercise should doo to get relief from this problem she wear neck coller also

Upper back pain

I have upper body back pain since 4 month ago...pain is too much when am waking at morning and than pain is less with respect to now a days pain is too much..pain is more when am bending position like on bike riding and studying ...what kind of home. Anterior pelvic tilt

I am having back pain since a couple of months but i was diagnosed with hyperlordosis a few years back. I go to the gym, lift heavy weights, i am a certified trainer and there is nothing wrong with the form and technique. Can the anterior pelvic tilt be reversed ? If yes what are the exercises and stretches ? I can't stop going to the gyn and just cannot stop lifting weights. So please consider the facts and reply. Thank you

Low back pain

Hello, Few years back i was having lower back pain on my right side. I think it came due to improper lifting or pushing a heavy object. I felt pain after walking long distances and for few minutes in bed. Pain was there for few years. I started physiotherapy for it. It was there after i did physio exercises. Then after i left physio in few months it went away. Now it has completely gone. I can walk long distances with no pain and i cant feel any pain in lower back. Was it a muscle spasm or something else? I never went to any doctor as the pain was always mild. Can i continue gymming exercises?? I am not doing lower back exercises from some time. Should i do those exercises regularly. Please suggest..

Measuring bp

I am having prehypertension.While measuring bp for myself,i heard first Korotkoff sound T 130,and after three tap sounds there is no sound till 110,again i could heR the tapping soynds till 70 continious. Since i was not able to hear taping sound after three sounds,aGain i inflated and deflated.this time i heard the first tspping sound at 120. Should i consider my bp as 130/70 or it is different?|
